At Boreal Construction, we don't just build houses—we engineer structures for lifetime comfort, durability, and efficiency. Based locally in the 613 area, we saw a need for premium construction that stands up effortlessly to harsh Canadian winters, hot and humid summers and ever changing climate trends.

Traditional wood-framing methods often struggle with rising heating bills, drafts, and wear over time. That is why we chose to specialize exclusively in Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).  We believe that a building should be a sanctuary. By combining the unmatched strength of steel-reinforced concrete with high-density foam insulation, we deliver structures that are radically different from standard builds.
