Since our humble beginnings in 1998, Boreal Construction has built a solid reputation for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We specialize in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF). Boreal Construction has been a major leader in Northern Ontario and the Ottawa region in building low-rise to mid-rise concrete ICF buildings and residential custom built homes since 2002.

Our ICF Master Installers have 18+ years of experience in working with ICF and we are very proud to be industry leaders in the National Capital Region. This pride and dedication has helped us built a strong foundation for our present and continued success. We thank all of our customers and sub-contractors with whom we have grown and have enjoyed several years of continued collaborations.

We also offer traditional materials Custom Home construction services that can incorporate some ICF components such as an ICF foundation or none at all.
